1. Ordering

- Simply place your order using our shopping cart system and you will receive an automated email with the order details.

- For local buyer, you may proceed to make payment once you received the automated email with order details.

- Upon payment received, we will send an automated email with Subject “Payment Received”.

- For international buyer, we will advise on your shipping charges with total amount through email.

- If your order is entitled to any shipping promotion, you may select the particular shipping cost listed under Promotion Shipping Option.

- Items will be reserved for 3 days upon confirmation of order, after which we reserve the rights to cancel the order.

- Our site is best view on IE 7.0 and above. If your IE is below version 7, you may wish to update here

2. Shipping Cost

- No charges for self-collection at Blk 648 Jalan Tenaga

- Local Shipping is charged base on total weight. Our system will calculate the postage as close as possible to the actual postage. In occurance of slight difference on charges, we will not request for top-up or refund.

* Please note that we ARE NOT responsible for any loss of parcel. Therefore, we strongly encourage our customers to opt for registered post by adding SGD2.24. By registered post, item will be insured up to SGD68.00 worth of goods value and parcel can be tracked at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp

- Free Local Normal Shipping for purchase above SGD80.00

- Please Note : Our system is unable to automatically add in SGD2.24 if you opt for registered post. You may add in to your total amount and proceed to make payment.

- International Shipping varies on destination. We will advise advise on the charges through email.


3. Payment

- Singapore Buyer : POSB Bank Transfer saving account no 004552334

- Malaysia Buyer : MayBank/RHB/Public Bank Transfer (account no will be given upon order confirmation)

- International Buyer : Paypal. We will send an invoice to your email through PayPal for you to make payment.


4. Delivery

- All products are posted via SingPost.

- Goods shall be posted within 5 working days upon receipt of payment.

5. Return Policy

- If item posted has defect, we accept exchange of the goods provided goods return within 2 weeks upon informing of defective item received.
